Clear and transparent

We are open and transparent about our fees so you can budget accurately right from the start of the property lettings process. The agency fee for a successful mediation is 8% excl. VAT on the rental price over maximum 12 months lease. Should a tenant depart earlier, we will settle any outstanding compensation over the remaining period with the new rental agreement. You do not pay for advertising or any other charges related to renting your property.

Competitive and fair

We offer a straightforward and clear commission structure which allows our Landlords to spread the payment of our commission over the duration of the tenancy. Our commission is deducted from the security deposit, so that our Landlords start receiving an income for their property as soon as the tenant moves in. We aim to make our fees as competitive and fair as possible.
